Home Theater Page

One of my hobbies is home theater. Basically, what that means is that I dump some of my income into black boxes that plug into my television. As far as I can tell, this is a harmless hobby. I haven't electrocuted myself or blown out an eardrum yet!

My system right now consists of:

Function	Component	Comments
Screen	Philips 32fd9954 32" HD Plasma Display	Flat, light, high resolution. And on the wall.
Preamp/Control Center	Lexicon DC-1 (DTS version)	Sweet! Just wish it had component inputs. (Upgraded to v4 software/remote)
Front Amp	Adcom GFA-545	100W x 2 channel amplifier, an oldie but a goodie.
Center/Rear/Side Amp	Adcom GFA-7400	100W x 5 channel amplifier
Speakers	Six NHT Super Ones, one NHT Super Center	Great speakers for home theater, and good for music too!
Subwoofer	NHT Sub Two	500 watts of room-shaking bass.

If you compare with the old setup, the flat TV gives us a little more space in our not-so-big den.
